Inject them with ???

Okay- so I'm one of these writers that has nooo problems coming up with ideas. I have, like 30 pretty darn good starts, and I usually let them stew for awhile and during this time I may have little ideas that I jot down, because if I don't the brilliance never returns. So, I have tons of notebooks, and they have no order. It is all chaos. Half the time, I'm jotting something down while half asleep, at an odd angle, pen barely connecting with paper, and with my eyes still closed.

So, that brings me to problem #1: What the heck did I mean by "They inject themselves with blabah scribblyscrub?"

Who are they? Why would they inject themselves with anything? And what the heck was blabah scribblyscrub????

I only hope I don't die and leave a bunch of these bizarre notes behind... my poor mother.
